- Unboxing Video: To ensure a smooth and speedy return process, we require a short video of you unboxing the product. This video will help us verify the condition of the item upon return.
- Return Shipping: You will not be responsible for any covering the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition (including the unboxing video), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
How to initiate a return:
- Visit your account on Wholesale9Hub.com and go to your order history.
- Locate the order you wish to return and select “Return Item.”
- Briefly explain the reason for your return and upload your unboxing video.
- Submit your return request.
- We will review your request and send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item.
Things to Keep in Mind:
- Items that are damaged, used, or opened beyond for inspection may not be eligible for a full refund.
- We cannot accept returns for items shipped outside of India.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
